Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged Items
An item will be reprinted & replaced if it's delivered with defects or incorrect design, style, colour or size.
On receipt of a photo for the item received, a replacement will be reprinted and sent out at no charge.
You don’t even need to send back the incorrect goods, keep it. Winning!
Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of each item printed, exchanges or refunds aren't offered because of a change of mind.
‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to:
- Customer prefers another sizing.
- Customer ordered the wrong colour or design.
