➫ Measure servings, control portions. Eating too much of any food, even low-calorie vegetables, can result in weight gain. Don’t be greedy!

Engage in regular physical activity and exercise. 30 minutes of moving your body is vital for both physical and mental health. Get moving!

Drink plenty of fresh, clean water. Drinking water before a meal can help feel ‘full’. If you feel hungry, drink some water before eating. Water is life!

Get good, quality sleep.  Poor sleep is one of the biggest risk factors for weight gain. Sleeping meditation music can help relax. Get those Zzz’s!

Be Mindful of sugar intake. Sugar is highly addictive. Read the label to try avoid sugary foods and drinks. Gradually reduce your sugar intake to ease the process. If you want to lose weight in a healthy way commit to these five tips and create better habits.
